More school days….

Hoy les comparto un poco de los momentos de aprendizaje de la Princesa peqeña….que también se encuentra disfrutando su travesía en el mundo de las matemáticas!!…. aquí parte de lo que hemos trabajado en estos días…  Estoy compartiendo casi a diario en Instagram en @miescuelitamontessori!!  //   Today I’ll share a little of the learning moments of Little Princess ... who is also enjoying her journey thrue Math World!!! .... here some pics!! En Gramática tuvo la presentación de la conjunción y continúa trabajando con las cajas gramaticáles.  //  At Grammar she had the Conjuction presentation…. and still working with her grammar boxes.

Las Constelaciones --- Constellations…

 

Siguiendo los intereses de mi princesa, sus preguntas y su fascinación por las estrellas, estamos estudiando las constelaciones.!!!  Para la primera presentación, como era una noche medio nublada…., creé un ambiente en nuestra sala…, apagué todas las luces, encendí el aire acondicionado muy muy frio…. junté todos mis materiales, y nos sentamos en el piso transportándonos al espacio!!! y comencé hacer preguntas sobre lo frio y sobre las cosas que podíamos ver en el espacio……!!  entre muchas, podíamos ver las estrellas!!! preparé un cardstock negro y le hice los agujeritos formando una constelación, con una linterna se reflejó en el techo, la osa menor!!!!! wow, mis chicas estaban super emocionadas!!!!LOL   luego hablamos sobre las estrellas, y pasamos a las constelaciones…, --

Following the interests of my princess, her questions and her fascination with the stars, we are studying the constellations.! For the first presentation, the night sky was cloudy .... I created an environment in our living room ... I turned off all the lights, turned on the air conditioning very very cold .... I gathered all my materials, and sat on the floor transporting into space! and started asking questions about what things cold and we could see in space ......!! among many, we could see the stars! prepared a black cardstock and made the holes forming a constellation, with a flashlight was reflected in the roof, the Little Bear!! wow, my girls were super-excited!! LOL then we talk about the stars, and constellations!!!!

Trabajamos con libros…, aquí con la Enciclopedia de Disney!! --  She works with some books too!!… here Disney{s encyclopedia!!

Esta idea me la copie de mi amiguita Ariane, en Still Parenting,..  preparé un board de corcho, con cardstock negro, tachuelas blancas e hilo de bordar blanco!!! para que ella hiciera sus constelaciones!!!  EXITO TOTAL!!! --  Copied this idea from my girlfriend Ariane in Still Parenting,… .. prepared a cork board with black cardstock, white tacks and white embroidery thread! for her to do their constellations! ITS A HIT!!!

Libros que usamos como referencias!!! e imagenes de Google!! --  Our Reference books and of course Google images!!

Tuvimos una noche oscura!! pero llena de estrellas!! y la pasaron súper!!! Hoy las buscaremos a fuera!!!LOL   Gracias x visitarnos, por sus comentarios, y Feliz Enseñanza Montessori!!  --   We had a beautiful dark night, but full of beautiful stars!!! Dias de escuelita -- School days….

Inmediatamente llegando agosto 2013, nosotras comenzamos con nuestros días de descubrimiento, aprendizaje y tiempo de escuelita…..,  el comienzo fué más como un repaso de lo último que estuvimos haciendo en junio y durante el semestre anterior…..,  durante esa semana mi princesa grande trabajó con los mamiferos, en este caso con los Manatíes, pues tendríamos la visita al Centro de Conservación de Manatíes…, repasó los musgos, tuvo sus momentos de sensorial…(pues aunque no es parte de Taller 1, nuestra escuelita también es Casa de Niños y siempre quiere trabajar algo con su hermanita).  Trabajó gramática, con el adjetivo, sujeto y predicado y tuvo su lectura y ejercicios con la misma.  En matemáticas, repasó suma reagrupando con el ábaco, las tablas de multiplicar con el decanomio y el juego de la serpiente en suma.  La única presentación nueva durante esa semana, fue con los calendarios, pues comenzamos en historia con el concepto del tiempo!! Super emocionante, también trabajó su linea personal con fotos…..  aquí les comparto…..

August 2013….Immediately we started our days of discovery, learning and ..... schoolhouse time, the beginning was more like a review of what we were doing last June and during the previous semester ..... during that week my princess worked with mammals, in this case with the manatees, as we plan a visit to the Manatee Conservation Center ..., reviewed mosses.  She had moments of sensory ... (Since our school room its not only for Elementary, we also have a Children House here… and always wants to work something out with her sister)!!!. Worked grammar, the adjective, subject and predicate and had a story of Maina (a book) and exercises with it. In mathematics, reviewed with the small bead frame  addition regrouping, multiplication tables with decanomio and snake game.  The only new presentation that week, was with calendars, as we begin in history with the concept of time! Super exciting, also worked her personal time line with photos!!! ..... Take a look!! .....
