Recital de Navidad / Christmas Concert

 

Anoche la Escuela de Bellas Artes, tuvo su Recital o Concierto de Navidad…. Estuvo muy lindo y nuestra Princesa participó por vez primera, tocó junto a sus compañeros del grupo de Suzuki [Twinkle, Twinkle little Star *….. mamá estava muuuy emocionada y ella también. --  Last night the School of Fine Arts, had its Christmas concert, it was very cute, and we had a great time. Our princess participated  with the group of Suzuki violin and played Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. Mom was super excited!!!

Que foto tan bella!!! my princesa y sus amiguitos del violin y del grupo de apoyo!! Nos faltó una pero la veremos en el próximo concierto!!!  -  What a cute pic!! my princess and her violin and support group budies!!  We missed one, but I´m sure she will be on the next concert!!!

Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico

El mes pasado tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar el Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico con el Grupo de Apoyo Montessori en el Hogar…. Aqui algunas fotos!!  /  Last month we had the opportunity to visit the Puerto Rico Art Museum with Montessori en el Hogar, our Support Group… here some pictures!!…

Little Busy Hands!!

Hace un tiempito no publico lo que está haciendo la pequeña princesa…. pues aquí un poquito de sus cositas… – For  a while I didn{t post anything about little princess jobs… so here a little bit of what she{s doing….

Pequeños rompecabezas, sabe donde van las piezas, aunque no las acomoda  correctamente. – Little wooden puzzles, maybe not fits well, but she know where belongs…

Le fascinan los cilindros, aunque no están en su área, siempre va y los saca… – She loves knobles cylinders, they aren´t on her area, but she always looks for them..

Orgullosamante les presento,su 1era torre!!! yeaaa -  proudly presented its first tower. yeaaaa…..

En sus tiempitos solita….mirando sus libritos.!! -- In her little time all alone .... Looking at their booklets.!

Abriendo y cerrando el globo y sacando amiguitos de otras partes del mundo!!lol -- Opening and closing the globe and removing buddies from around the world! Lol

Montessori Monday

 

Tuvimos una muy buena semana, mucho lenguaje y mucha matemáticas!! ….  En lenguaje… Trabajó Escritura Creativa!! hizo un trabajo en su libreta utilizando unos comandos que trabajé en español, su tema… su hermana!! Quedó hermoso!!  También trabajamos fonemas, antónimos, sinónimos, dictados y oficialmente comenzamos a trabajar un poco el Inglés, … en dictado, cuadernos y un trabajo de parear, en este caso eran alimentos….  ---   We had a great week, a lottttttt of Language and Math!! On Language she start working with the Word Study, she did CReative Writing, with some spanish commands that I prepared, the theme she choose was her sister!!! ohhhh so beautiful!!  She also works with phonics, dictations, antonyms and synonyms.   We start to work English too!!

 

LENGUAJE

Aqui lo trabajamos con dos alfabetos diferentes, y obviamente, hechos en casa!! -  Here she works Phonics with the 2 different alphabets.

Rompecabezas a parear, alimento y su nombre en Inglés -  A puzzle to match food and names in English.

Lo hizo excelente, sólo no supo Butter y Steak! -  She did a great job, she just missed butter and Steak!!

Según aprendimos en el libro de Montessori at Home!, que por cierto, está ESPECTACULAR!!, presenté el dinero… interesante!! -  As I learned on the Montessori at Home book, by the way it{s AWESOME!!, I presented her money!

Trabajo que le fascinó… aunque tenemos que hacer un mapa más grande. -  She LOVES this work but we have to make a big map!!

Llegó la Navidad!!!! aquí nuestro sensori box!! estamos decorando la escuelita y preparando trabajitos lindos…. así que les cuento más adelantito!!! --   Can you smell it?….Christmas  it’s here!! Whe have been decorating our school and prepare some cute things to work with it!!! Our sensory box!!
